Do I need to be on camera?
No. Videos are built from your listing photos, your branding and an optional professional AI voiceover.
Which photos can I use?
Only photos you own or have permission to use for marketing — typically photos you commissioned for the listing. You confirm this every time you create a video.
Does it work with my MLS?
MLS autopilot works with MLSs that provide RESO Web API access for your account. Your MLS or broker may need to approve access first. Manual upload works everywhere.
Is it compliant with fair housing rules?
Captions describe the property, not the people who should live there. You review and can edit every caption, and you remain responsible for your advertising under your state's rules.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from the billing portal. Your videos stay downloadable until the end of the period.
What counts as a video?
Each new video counts once against your monthly limit. Re-rendering an existing video (for example with a different template) is free.
